Aruna has a passion for helping customers transform their workplaces using todays powerful collaboration technologies. Prior to Cisco, Aruna held marketing and engineering leadership positions at CA Technologies (acquired by Broadcom), Juniper Networks, and Hewlett Packard. She holds an MS in Computer Engineering and an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in Computer Science from Bangalore University. Aruna has also completed Northwestern Universitys Kellogg Chief Marketing Officer program. She has published two books on DevOps and is a contributing blogger for the Forbes Technology Council. Aruna is on the Advisory Board for Graphics Communications at California Polytechnic State University and the Advisory Board for Panzura, a leading provider of cloud file sharing solutions. Outside of work, Aruna helps guide students into technology-related majors and careers by mentoring students and giving talks at local high schools. She also practices martial arts and is a certified kickboxing instructor.

Eric Klein

Spanning 30 years experience in network and communication systems, having served as fraud prevention expert at Humbug Telecom, MCI Communications (Verizon) and Cellcom. Eric co-authored the RFC4864 Local Network Protection for IPv6. Eric has taught practical networking to undergraduate and graduate students at a number of Universities in Israel and the USA, including NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering, Academic College of Tel-Aviv Jaffa and Pace University, NY. Eric holds an MSc in Information Systems, majoring in Telecom, and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University, New York. Eric has vast experience speaking at conferences around the globe on cyber fraud prevention, content security and many more topics. He has published a number of chapters in books on disaster recovery and telecom security, as well as a science fiction book.

After working with solutions such as Acme Packet, Broadsoft, Cisco, and others, Fred discovered Asterisk and quickly embraced open source software in telecommunication. A large (yes, its a fat joke) proponent of open source software, Fred currently provides Kamailio / VoIP consultation services for businesses, enterprises, and carriers. In 2010, Fred and his wife opened a bakery in Florida. When not working on SIP, hes baking bread.
